BIM Manager

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan.

• Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients so that projects remain efficient and effective

• Managing BIM standards, resources, and application configuration. Adhering to the latest industry standards.

• Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation

• Training or upskilling colleagues in specific software programmes

• Overseeing the purchase of workstations so that hardware is sufficient and effective

• Lead BIM teams (both on-site and off-site). Management the BIM teams to fulfil the project deliverables.

• Supporting the career development, coaching and mentoring of a team of staff

• Arrange/guide CCSM & Site co-ordination meeting.

BIM Coordinator

• Responsible for coordination and assistance in BIM implementation on projects;

• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up

• Liaise with the Authority and the Contractor to ensure changes in procedure and standards are

effectively communicated to project teams

• Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams

• Coordinate with the BIM team and design team to solve day to day modeling and coordination issues as

required.

• Check model quality and integrity prior to generation of deliverables before issuing of model information.

• Co-ordinate with Lead BIM modellers of all disciplines to ensure all models are produced on schedule.

• Append all models in Navisworks and run clash analysis tests.

• Hold coordination meetings with design team. The checking should not only look into clashes, but also to check space proofing including accessibility and maintainability.

BIM Modellers & 2D Drafter

• To model all Elements asper design intent & constructions specs.

• To adhere to BEP.

• To highlight clashes of the model to BIM coordinator & Assist BIM Coordinator.

• To prepare detail model for 2D shop drawings submissions and site use.

• To annotate model views by adding dimensions, tags, legends, schedules, etc.

• To make tags and create2D families to make the perfect drawing with all the right information on it

and guarantee a smooth-running project.

• To prepare as-built model and as-built drawing.

BIM Modellers & 2D Drafter (local Freelancer)

( Short-term contract urgent, Freelancers are acceptable )

Skill : revit , cad, naviswork

Education backgroud: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

BIM Trainee

RUI XIN BIM actively participates in the CCPs Career Conversion Programmes organized by the governmentIf there are local personnel who are willing to participate in this program to become BIM professionals, there are state-subsidized related courses in the evening, and working hours are in our company to do OJT.
